2011-07-02 Ireneusz Bęc is exhibiting two different series of paintings. The first one is a recycling of his mad purples painted in the all-over technique which he used starting from the 1990s. The second of Bęc's cycle of paintings: pieces of Styrofoam rectangles tightly wrapped in transparent foil with colour or in fact colour spots in 3D emerging from beneath, produced with irregularly distributed crumpled coloured bags, shopping bags, the cheapest type, which cost just a few pence.
